After over six years of running Bale Breaker Brewing Company and during a high growth phase of our business, the ownership team identified the need for a professional strategic plan to help us align, unify, and better communicate with our growing team. Suzanne was referred to us by another successful, local company that we admire, so after a mutual interviewing process, we chose to move forward with Hoonan & Associates.
Suzanne facilitated a one-day Strategic Thinking, Planning and Communicating workshop for our leadership team. It was hard work, but she kept us on track and engaged through her unique style, integrating neuro-leadership techniques with humor. We were challenged to think in new ways and left the workshop with a plan that is meaningful and engages our entire employee base.
